It would be great if it was possible to filter the posts of a topic and see only posts with photos or media.

That isn’t possible right now but we have a theme-component or two that could help your site look more image-focused:

These components are good, but the usage of my request is different. It would be great if you could talk about adding this feature to the discourse roadmap.

The only other way for now would be for admins to create a Data Explorer query that finds such posts:
