Help with multilingual use

Hello, I’m using discourse in a project, but I want to have multiple languages in the system. For example, when the English language is selected, only English topics will appear. When Turkish is selected, Turkish topics, when Arabic is selected, Arabic topics will appear.

I want each user to add topic in their language

I would be very grateful if you let me know which plugin I need to install or what setting I need to make for this. Thank you very much in advance.

I’m not sure that a plugin exists to manage to that degree. Generally localisation is handled via either the user’s preferences + the translator plugin, or by segregating by categories like you see at https://forums.plex.tv/ in The World is Flat category.
