It doesn’t look like that’s an obvious built-in option at this point, but see the topics below for existing discussion and a possible solution regarding your question. It looks like you may be able to tinker with trust levels and achieve some amount of what you are asking for.

I know this has already been discussed a few times. Not to beat a dead horse, but my use case is…
I have to be PCI compliant and giving non-employees the ability to view/export email addresses is a security problem that restricts me from adding moderators. I’d like to use this feature so mods can see reports and such, but viewing email addresses is a no-go for me for me.
It seems like moderators can access the admin page of any users.
The admin page displays their IP and email address.
It doesn’t even have a button with show email or show IP which means it’s not logged either.
Basically I just wanna have forum moderators that can help organizing the forum they shouldn’t have access to private data of users.
So my question is if there’s any way to prevent moderators from seeing this data.
