How do I change the header image?

Basic question: how to edit the header image/icon?
I cannot find it in customisation tab in admin panel

Do you mean the logo?

That can be done in the Wizard (at /wizard) or at the site settings “Branding” tab (/admin/site_settings/category/branding).
