Example: I want to create a link to the profile and another link to saved items, but I want to create this link that I can click on and go to my saved items and that other people can click on and go to their saved items, that is, a universal link

Instead of /u/yourUsername/ you can use /my/.
For example https://meta.discourse.org/my/summary
