How do I link to a Category from a topic?

I’d like to reference a category inside a topic is there a way to do that? We’d like to be able to cross link between topics and categories.

Да, можно использовать # и название категории. Например, Contribute > Feature ведёт на категорию «Вклад» здесь, на Meta.
