I just discovered that our forum actually allows users to choose their interface language.
At first, I thought this feature simply changed the interface language for each user — meaning everyone would still post and reply in their own languages, leading to a mix of languages in threads.
However, I realized I was wrong. Once a user selects a language, all posts and replies are automatically displayed in that chosen language. It seems like every post is being translated — possibly by ChatGPT — and the translation quality is surprisingly good.
I’m really curious how this is achieved. I’d love to add the same multilingual interface option to my own forum.
This doesn’t seem to be a default Discourse feature, so where can I find or install this plugin?
