Could Someone please let me know how I can contribute something like this to our community?
I mean the “Blog” Part
On the Categories page (/categories), if you have sufficient privileges you can find and hit the + New Category button, which will allow you to create a new Category. On the settings of that Category, you can find “Parent Category” … set that to the desired parent and once you hit the New Category button you will create a Subcategory to that Parent Category.
btw, you can also add Categories to the Top Menu in this setting under “Basic Setup”:

Thank you, but the main point I’m trying to make is that I want the subcategory banner to be displayed within the parent category, similar to the reference I provided earlier.

In the settings of the parent category you can choose “show subcategory list above topics in this category”
