I want to make a ProblemSolver Badge, and award it to the very good answer providers who had solved a hard problem.

How can I create such a Badge that can be awarded manually?

  1. Create the badge

  2. Go to the admin user page, then click Edit Badges or /admin/users/id/username/badges
