I’m looking for a tool that allows me to set character limits for users based on their groups or categories.
Context: On my website, artificial intelligence (AI) is actively used. Previously, I only needed basic website settings to limit the maximum number of characters in messages. However, with the increasing importance of each entered character (each character has a cost), there is a need to establish different character limits depending on the category or group of users. This will allow us to restrict character input for users interacting with AI, without affecting regular users who simply engage in forum discussions. At the same time, we can provide higher character limits for privileged user groups that have access to AI.
Since I’m not a programmer and can’t independently assess the code, I’d like to know if it’s possible to achieve this with the help of this plugin.
