but there is noting in admin interface

and there is no logo of translation in banner

IIRC the icon in the header refers to content localization.

i get it! you need to enable content_localization_language_switcher in admin interface

now i have right icon

but i still don’t know how to confiure Ai translation backfill hourly rate
