This looks great for meta, however my site is just a single link in the page of results.
Is there any secret sauce to getting Google to display some of my site links like this, or is it simply a case that my site doesn’t receive enough traffic?

Google picks those headings based on entry points and rate of change.
If you aren’t getting many search hits, or if users aren’t clicking through on your results it won’t offer them. Their selection is automatic, based on how regularly they appear and are used amongst search results, which is why they’re a mixture of top-level links and categories.
