How to move back the top dismiss button to topics template?

Since this commit the top dismiss button moved from topics template. UX: Move top dismiss button from `topics` to `d-navigation` (#26032) · discourse/discourse@5c1147a · GitHub

My theme needs to the top dismiss button be in topics template rather than d-navigation. I’ve fixed this on my site by override the topics template but this is not the suggested way to do this. Is there any way for example adding a plugin outlet in topics template to move back easily the button?
