Gostaria de saber se é possível alterar a página móvel para exibir apenas o conteúdo “mais recente”, pois o layout de categorias atual não é ideal para nós.

There is a theme component that can be used to set a different homepage for mobile than you have set for desktop: Force Mobile Homepage. This component will not remove the category page from mobile, but it will allow you to set categories as the homepage for desktop, and latest as the homepage for mobile.
