How do I do that, given that /admin/customize/site_texts online gives me access to the copirs in the site locale?

I think you need to change language on your profile setting to see the other locales
e.g. this is my forum if I set French on my profile:

وماذا لو تم استخدام الـ API للترجمة؟ هل لن يحدث فوضى غير مرغوب فيها؟
أسأل لأن ترجمة جميع اللغات (والنصوص المخصصة) يدوياً تتطلب الكثير من العمل.
