Could be (but not obviously) related to https://github.com/discourse/discourse/commit/39522659a6fd7225d89f5a0bb81116ecc04100c2. @sam, you might want to have a look.

Sorry… was not related to @maja’s change it was safe, was a regression in a security fix we had.

Fixed per:

head to yourdiscourse.com/admin/upgrade and do an upgrade, it should be resolved.
