"I forgot my password" dialog does not work on mobile

One of my users tried to reset their password from their phone and got something like in the screenshot, the dialog is cropped and there’s no way to enter the email.

I was also able to reproduce it with the latest Chrome on my Nexus 6P.

I’m on Discourse 1.5.0.beta7
