I want to remove the username display here. Where can I adjust this setting?

I noticed an issue: at the top of each post, there is a gray line of small text indicating who created the post. Is it possible to remove this text? I see that the main forum doesn’t have this line.

You’ve added a theme component that’s showing it. You can try safe-mode to prove it. You can look at your themes and turn them off one-by-one to find which one is doing that. You can use CSS to hide it.
