Immediately after creating a new category, pasting a link in new topic's title doesn't automatically fill the title and the post content

Just to add, this has caused some confusion again recently:

For some categories, creating a topic using a link is not working – or it isn’t supported for some reason. The title placeholder seems to be completely different for the two cases.
