@discobot Is amazing for training my users, but it doesn’t show how to add dates/times, gifs, blur, polls, and placeholders.
My users need this kind of training. So, could you add that to the training?

You can go to admin > customise > text and edit the narrative bot templates to fit your needs.

You’ll be able to tweak the narrative a little, but I think the logic is coded in a whole plugin, which you would have to amend for you needs I’m afraid. That said there is an advanced track that cover polls (for users with the required Trust Level)
