❤ in js.signup_cta.value_prop in Japanese and Chinese

In English the :heart: emoji in js.signup_cta.value_prop is replaced by :heart:

But here on Meta that doesn’t seem to work in Chinese and Japanese

The reason why I am posting this in Site feedback is that it seems to work fine on my forum:

That is strange! I will ask around.

It’s easy to repro. Just read a few topics on meta and wait for the signup CTA to show up, confirm the :heart: is showing correctly, then switch to Japanese or Chnese, and confirm the heart is showing up as :heart:emoji.
