Incorrect topic list showing since 2.8.0.beta9

Left part of the screenshot is 2.8.0.beta8, it works fine, topic have space between top and bottom.

However since beta9 and also beta10 (right part of the screenshot), there is no space at top and bottom. Is this a feature or a bug? I prefer with some space, that looks more beautiful.
