How do I increase the avatar of the poster in Latest without loss of resolution?

For Latest you should increase the avatar size with some Css

I want to only increase the avatar of the Latest poster.
24px for 39px

You can target that avatar with img.avatar.latest

(Use Chrome (or similar) inspector to get this kind of info in the future.)
