Input for tag groups in the topic filter is broken

A user in my forum has reported that entering tag groups in the topic filter does not work.

Filtering for tag groups works when you use the correct URL (e.g. https://meta.discourse.org/filter?q=tag_group%3ADiscourse%20)

But it doesn’t work to enter that into the filter field. The browser console says

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'length')
