IOS & Android Stand Alone Help

Hello,

I am curious if anyone has any better detailed guides to building a stand alone app other than GitHub - pmusaraj/discourse-mobile-single-site-app: Single-site app wrapper for a Discourse site. Supports Push Notifications via OneSignal.. These instructions are confusing me. Also does anyone know any devs that are for hire that can help with this?
