Do the lookup operation on users admin view always get unknow location and no any logs at the same time. Lookup the same ip address at GeoIP2 Precision Service Demo | MaxMind can get a vaild result. No idea how to troubleshoot, any tips?

I suspect that one day there will be a #howto on this and a link to some instructions on the admin interface when the API key is missing, but there is not right now. See Discourse 2.4.0.beta10 Release Notes
