Found it! To get to the chat channel settings you have to click on the name of the channel! But not on the channel list – only when the individual channel is on screen. Basically, any DMs with threads. If you just want to hide the button, this CSS would do the trick, although you’ll still have threading: button#c-footer-threads.c-footer__item { display: none; }
