Whenever I upload an image in a topic, is there a way to see (and potentially manage) where that image is stored?
For example, various admins may want to use the same image in multiple topics, so can we’ grab’ from a shared library rather than re-upload the same .jpg/.png file multiple times?
There’s a site setting called download remote images to local which will download remotely linked images to your site, and updated the embedded image.
Once that image is downloaded and the link is updated, you can reuse it without re-uploading it.
Not quite the same as a shared library, but it could work. For example, you can have a shared staff topic where you could post photos for re-use.
