Is there any means, tools or features... so we can create and use a template for threads?

Greetings

The idea is to have users fill a template with our requirements when posting a thread as many ignore, and mods spend their time asking, and some loose their temper… The idea is once all requested fields are filled they can continue with their subject and post their thread now completed, mostly requests for help…
