Issues uploading multiple images

On our discourse instance, users are facing issue while uploading multiple images. It only shows name of image but some images don’t get uploaded and requires editing the post again and re-uploading the same image.

Here in screenshot you can see highlighted in red.

Is there any solution to resolve this issue or is it possible to prompt user if images are not yet uploaded and user tried to post.

In settings you have a ˋsimultaneous uploads` setting, they are probably over this limit.
