Just as an FYI in case deleting that theme wasn’t a crucial factor, there have been reports of encountering the error 137 intermittently. So sometimes it’ll fail a couple of times and then another time could be successful even though no changes were made.
But if you hit it again at least you’ll have an idea of what can be done.
