KPI: Time from topic-opening to setting a tag

Hey there,
I’m currently looking for solutions to measure support topics.
We want to define the current state of work with tags. So, for example, we have tags for “answer needed”, “working-on-it” and “resolved”.
Is there the possibility to measure the average time, it needs from the opening of a topic to when a topic is set to “working-on-it” and to “resolved”?
