No idea what these red lozenges are, or how to get rid of them.

Previous version of the app didn’t have the problem
It looks exactly the same in Android too.

I don’t know the cause, but after checking multiple devices that have different forums I figured out what appears to be the common factor in the red dot showing: on all my devices Meta, and any forum where I’m only a normal user (and thus no review queue access) are the ones with the dots. None of the ones where I’m a moderator or admin have it unless there are items in the queue as it worked in previous versions.

I can repro this. But only on sites where I don’t have mod.
