Los enlaces en las descripciones de etiquetas no se escapan al usar Tag Icons

When adding a tag description to a link here on meta the tag display borks out:

Yeah, not sure what’s happening there. :person_shrugging: I’ll remove the description for now but will hopefully get that sorted. :crossed_fingers:

It fails because Meta uses Tag Icons, and it requires an update to match the core. Without that, the link is not escaped.
