The topic list decorations appear to be forcing or forced onto new lines for longer titles on mobile.

Indeed! a side-effect of a tooltip theme component I added… disabled for now

Is there a feedback topic for this somewhere? Yesterday, I noticed that it flashed briefly when I was scrolling on touch devices.

Yeah this will be addressed too! No topic yet (have all the feedback I need for now, as it was a port of the existing Discourse Tooltips), but I’ll have one posted in Theme component today
