Log of user changes

We have a user who claims they were given an old account on signup.
Is there a log of user profile edits, like post edits?

If they used the same email address, then that’s expected.

Which is why I’m asking for a log. I don’t know what the first email address is and I’d like to know what it was.

Would be problematic for GDPR, same for the IP address thing on post you requested.
