When attempting to login to my own website, either on mobile or desktop, the text boxes to type in information don’t appear.

I successfully logged in earlier, logged out to see if the error was just on phone, but it is on both windows 10 and ios.
might just be an option.
please help.

That is what happens when you manually disable all existing login methods. You can go into https://thesenterium.com/u/admin-login to log back and fix the settings.
