Hello, in our community we have a English only rule. I’ve created a flag where users can flag a post as Non-English.
I’d like to have an automated response when moderators approve these flags. E.g. If moderator approves, a message is sent to the user with a link to the post saying something along the lines of “Please post in English”.
I’ve attempted to create this using the Automation Plugin, however it seems to lack these types of triggers.
Hmm, I don’t think something like this exists out of the box, and there seems to be an older feature request for it too Moderator message option with approved flags? (add your vote to it!)
Atm, you would need an external automation + webhook setup to accomplish this.
That being said, we are working internally on a really cool feature that would be the answer here, but not sure how much we’re disclosing yet about this @mcwumbly
