Plug in that allows a selected group of users to all require manual approval before post/topic submission regardless of trust level etc.

What is your budget, in $ USD that you can offer for this task?
$300-$500 something like that not sure about the complexity of the task so open to conversation about it. If we contract then I’d want the plug in released under MIT license for all to use it where needed.
