Make the first contribution bold to the user, himself

currently, when a user contribute for the first time, there is a message for others which make them empathize with the user. this is great :v:

what if the user, himself, feels that he is such important for the community that the community is noticing to him specifically?

e.g. by changing the css of his topic or his answer and making it little bit bolder of highlighting it or even showing a similar message?
