I’ve got a use who we manually upgraded to TL3 (they would be TL3 anyway, but this person doesn’t :heart: anything!). The user is not able to edit titles and categories. I’ve forced TL3 impersonated the user and don’t see the edit pencil by the titles.

I’ve checked again on another site and it seems to be replicable. @jomaxro, you want to have a look?

Is the trusted users can edit others setting enabled on the site?

That’s it. Is that new, or am I just foolish?
