Maximum age for auto-bumped topics?

IF there exists an non-closed , visible , non-archived , non category description and non-pinned topic

Any chance that you might add an option to limit this to posts not older than x days?

That would allow us to use it in such a way that we vigorously bump neglected topics for a certain period of time, but if they don’t get a reply despite all that bumping, we’ll let them sink down to the bottom of the the sea, i.e. stop bumping them (but not closing them either).

Hmmm before we add a new setting here, maybe auto close topics after they reach a certain age?

This would also solve the exact same problem just in a tiny bit of a different way.

Hm, I’m not a big fan of auto-closing topics, especially when they haven’t really been dealt with…

+1 for adding an age-limit. Necro bumping like this is quite annoying. (Yes, I do see the irony in replying 2 years later )
