I have created a pull request (https://github.com/discourse/discourse/pull/31382) for Bounce and Dropped email webhook based sync back to Discourse for users who use Netcore Cloud ESP.
I have signed the CLA.
Is there anything else that I need to do? Can someone help prioritise the review so that hopefully the merge happens soon.
