Merging accounts keeps the likes from the account before the merge

There is a bug where your own posts stay liked when account a likes account b then account B. gets merged into account A. It also causes a graphical bug.

Reproduction:

1. Create your user account, user B.
2. Like user A’s posts.
3. User B gets merged into user A.
4. Likes from user B get converted into user A’s likes, but they stay,
   This also causes a graphic bug as you can see below:
