            theme.theme_fields.create!(

              target_id: Theme.targets[:common],
              value: open(Rails.root.join('plugins', 'mingle', 'assets', 'themes', 'mingle-theme.hbs')).read

This snippet will return the ID of the theme_field, not the ID of the theme.
