Currently a variety of lowercase, mixed case and captialized format is being used.
i.e.:
On the navigation:
menu
create a new topic
edit your sidebar categories
Keyboard Shortcuts
admins (under the Messages section)
On the user menu:
All notifications
Personal messages
view all notifications
Generally it looks like the capitalized format is being used, perhaps this should be applied to the ones listed above (and any other instances)?
i.e.
Menu
Create a new topic
Edit your sidebar categories
Keyboard shortcuts
View all notifications
Admins
Possibly a wider consideration for other text elements too?
