It would still be useful to have the tooltip for the profile icon.

I know we looked at this before, not sure if it is the same code, but it was hard coded to duplicate exact button text as the tooltip attribute, which is bad. Did we change that @techapj?

That fix was for the d-button component. For the “Profile” link we are using d-link component. Fixed for links:
