My team is interested in using Discourse for support. We’ll have a small team of moderators and a large user base who will ask a lot of questions. What’s the best way to ensure that we can answer all of the questions that come in? Anyone have experience with this?

If you want to ensure a moderators reviews every topic and post then this might be a fit:

Topics which haven’t been reviewed by a moderator will be marked with an asterisk in the topic list.
