I’d also love to be able to keep multiple docked chats open along the bottom of the screen, like gmail. It’d be nice to be able to quickly switch between them without having to leave one to access another. But definitely a nice to have and I can see how this would complicate things and potentially create a cluttered experience.
The alternative is to make the experience of knowing when there are new chats to read, opening and closing chat, expanding to full screen and docking, and switching channels super quick and easy. I think we’re on our way to doing that!
