It seems that if you create 2 or more polls within the same post, only the last poll shows up after posting it. While you’re editing the poll, it does show up correctly in the preview window.
It’s doing this on the current version running on the cloud-hosted version of Discourse, as well as here on meta, and on try.discourse.org.

We usually deploy latest version to our customers once a week (unless there’s a security fix).
I added an acceptance tests for Polls as well.
